Arlington Children's Theatre (ACT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to making theater accessible to young people across the Greater Boston area. Through productions, classes, and community programs, ACT gives students hands-on experience in performance, design, and technical theater while building confidence, collaboration, and creativity.
Founded in 1991, ACT began as a volunteer-run community theater presenting a single annual production; today, ACT is a vibrant artistic home for hundreds of children and families, with 5+ productions a season and year-round opportunities for young performers to learn, create, and shine, made possible by a dedicated community of teaching artists, volunteers, and families.
